Curriculum Silvia Pancaldi
Founding Partner of 4changing, is primarily concerned with activities of deployment of informatics solutions and deals with change management themes connected to the diffusion of technology during relevant business transformation processes, with reference to the personnel involved.
From 1999 to 2007 she worked for Italtel at the implementation of SAP/R3 in the administrative area, taking part to numerous projects related to the introduction of that system in the company. She was previously concerned with the development of information systems in the Manufacturing context and operated in the Management Control area, in particular, attending to the development and direction of information tools to support company management’s activities.
She also attended to activities of design and development of telephonic software for Stet Group’s companies.
She graduated in Mathematics from State University, Milan.
