Curriculum Lucio Fumagalli
President and Founding Partner of 4changing, is concerned with managerial and organizational consulting. He developed a wide experience, in Italy and in the international context, in projects of organizational change, relating to company turn around, pre and post merge activities, projects of outsourcing and production delocalization.
He collaborates with Libera Università Campus Biomedico of Rome and with the faculty of Communication at La Sapienza University of Rome, where he teaches Business Communication and Organization. He is fellow of Elis Centre, Rome and collaborates with many other formation institutes: European University of Rome, MIP, Polytechnic of Milan Business School.
At the beginning of his career he held different positions in the information system area, in human resources management, in the organization of important banks (Credito Italiano; Banca Manusardi, now Fideuram). He also operated for Gorla Group of Milan as manager of production personnel and trade-union relationships.
He worked for Accenture from 1990, attending mainly to organizational change projects and outsourcing contracts in the international context; he finally became Chief Executive of Accenture HR Services.
He graduated in Law from State University, Milan and obtained a Diploma in Business Management and Administration from SDA Bocconi, Milan.
